Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. You can order a single bottle to test your first design. Most techs start with 10–30 on their first run.

How long does it take to ship?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days from our Gold Coast studio. Express shipping is available at checkout.

Do I need to provide a logo?

If you have one, upload a PNG or JPG (ideally 1000px wide or more). If you don't, our Minimal label layout uses typography only — your brand name and product name in a clean serif.

What's in the serum?

A premium cuticle conditioning oil base with Vitamin E, jojoba, and sweet almond oils. Every order shares the same formula — scents are fragrance oils blended into the base.

What's my profit margin?

Typical retail markup is 4–6× your cost. A $2 bottle retails for $15–$25 depending on scent, size and branding. The builder shows your live profit projection as you design.

Can I order more of the same design later?

Yes. Every design is saved to your account. Re-orders ship faster since we've already printed your labels.
