Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. You can order a single bottle to test your first design. Most techs start with 10 to 30 on their first run, but you're never locked in.

Do I need any design experience?

None at all. Our design team builds your label from your logo and a short brief. If you don't have a logo yet, we can put together a clean layout using just your brand name and product name.

How long does it take to ship?

We formulate, fill, label and ship within 7 business days from our Gold Coast studio. Express shipping is available at checkout. Most techs are selling within 1 to 2 weeks of placing their first order.

What does the serum actually contain?

We formulate our serums by hand on the Gold Coast using only the purest organic oils. Ingredients: Fractionated Coconut Oil, Certified Organic Argan Oil, Certified Organic Jojoba Oil, Almond Oil, Fragrance and Mica.

What's my profit margin?

Typical retail markup is 4 to 6 times your cost. A $2 bottle retails for $15 to $25 depending on size and branding. The builder shows your live profit projection as you design, so you always know your numbers before you order.

Can I reorder the same design later?

Yes. Every design is saved to your account. Reorders ship faster since we've already printed your labels. Just choose your quantity and check out.
