For the complete done for you package, including the label design and printing service, you'll usually receive your products in one to two weeks. It depends on whether you need revisions to your label before you confirm the printing.

For Australian orders we use Australia Post. Standard postage takes anywhere from 3 to 7 business days. Express is usually 1 to 3 days for non rural locations.

International shipping varies by country, though we're finding the USA, Canada and the UK are usually 2 to 3 weeks.

Yes of course. Once we design your labels we email them to you for review and feedback. Any small changes are included at no additional cost.

Yes, most definitely. Once we design your labels you can reuse them as much as you like and never have to pay to have them designed again.

If you need more labels printed later, get in touch and we'll quote the printing for you.

Yes you can. We offer printing on its own, with a minimum of 100 labels per applicator or design.

If we've designed and printed your labels before, we can run a reprint for a one off printing cost.

Yes. You only pay to have your labels designed once. They're yours forever, and we keep them in our archives for any future reprinting or editing.
