Shipping

Upon receipt of your order, we will dispatch your product within 1 business day using Australia Post. We offer two types of postage services: Express and Standard. Express postage ensures that your product arrives within 1-3 business days, while Standard postage usually takes between 3-7 business days. In rare cases, for rural or limited access locations, Standard postage may take up to 10 business days.

Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns for body serums, nail serums, or lip scrubs that have been opened and used. By accepting these terms during a purchase, you accept that we are not liable for any adverse or allergic reactions caused by the product as all product ingredients are listed on the product page and on the product packaging. If symptoms persist, discontinue use.

Some goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable items such as body oil, nail oils, or lip scrubs. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

In addition to the above, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase, or your order number, which can be found in your receipt email after making a purchase.

In certain circumstances, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Notification of Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your product has been opened and used, we cannot offer an exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at hello@nailcollective.com.au.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please get in touch with us, and we will provide you with a mailing address. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
